Compliance, or regulatory adherence, is more complex today than ever before. In a global environment, legal challenges are constantly increasing. Therefore, we continuously adapt our processes and systems to the legal framework. Compliance is an integral part of our corporate culture. We operate a Compliance Management System that enables you, as a customer, business partner, or employee, to act according to uniform and binding structures.

It is important to us to identify potential misconduct at an early stage. We achieve this, among other things, by receiving reports on possible compliance violations.

A compliance violation occurs when our employees or third parties violate applicable law or internal guidelines while performing their professional duties, either domestically or internationally. Such violations include corruption offenses, competition and antitrust violations, data protection breaches, violations of occupational safety regulations, and offenses in accounting, finance, and taxation.

To uncover and prevent compliance violations, we rely on both our employees and our customers and business partners.

If you notice signs of a compliance violation, you can report them through various channels.

Regardless of the reporting method you choose, we assure you that every report will be treated with strict confidentiality – and anonymously if requested.

Online Reporting System

As an additional option for reporting compliance violations, we have set up an online reporting system. All incoming reports are handled by the Compliance Officer.

The online reporting system is an internet-based application that can be accessed from any internet-enabled device via the following link: https://www.bkms-system.net/prezero-de.

Trusted Attorney

Our external trusted attorney, Dr. Margarete von Galen, is available to you. You can contact her at any time with information about corporate and employment-related crimes or regulatory violations. Attorney von Galen will carefully review your report and forward it to the Compliance Officer if there is substantial evidence of a compliance violation.

As an external trusted attorney, Attorney von Galen is bound by confidentiality. She will only share your personal data with us if you explicitly consent.
